The list of recipes looks truly amazing and I'd love to make the (Tori no karaage - yuzu wasabi hūmi) Citrus-Wasabi Flavour Fried Chicken.

  26. Hi Lydia,

My whole family loves Japanese food and your blog gave me a better insight and detailed way in preparing Japanese food. For example, my kids love tempura prawns very much and I tried my best to make for them, but I always fail (batter not crispy and light enough, batter too thick/thin, prawns curling...).I had tried tons of failed tempura prawns recipes (in my kitchen) till I found yours! You are a life-saver! It was the first time my tempura prawns were so light, crispy and not curling. My kids loves them so much that I made them 3 nights in a row for dinner. Thank you, my angel :)

Thus, I would really love to be the lucky winner (crossing my fingers) to receive this priced book as it'll help me further my quest towards Japanese cooking (and getting my kids to eat more too).

Once again, congrats on the publication of the cookbook and may there be many more cookbooks to come. :)

  37. Hi Lydia
I am so thrilled when I read the email that you are giving away your cooking books and it's an international event this time. Yipee! You can't imagine how happy am I. LOL. Would really really really love to have them, especially here in Turkey it's almost impossible to find any English book let alone a cooking book. Thanks for sharing them with us. Wishing you a wonderful summer.

    Cheers
