Spicy Cod Roe Rice

Tak bought a few packet of Spicy Cod Roe spaghetti sauce from Japan. In front of the packet says that it is spaghetti sauce but at the back it has included cooking instruction for other serving suggestion as well. I have checked all 3 packets, all of them has different serving suggestion. One of them is this rice with the sauce.

I do not understand fully what was said on the packet so I made this rice based on my understanding of the picture. It turned out great. Tak had his with salmon roe, became doule roe rice then.

Preparation involved 3 steps:

Cook the rice

Cook some omelet while the rice is cooking

Mix together rice, omelet and sauce

It is something simple and tasty for really "busy" person. ^_*
